Peer Coaching
Our Peer Coaching Program is designed to provide personalized, compassionate support for individuals navigating their addiction recovery journey. Our program pairs participants with Certified Peer Recovery Coaches who have firsthand experience with recovery, creating a strong foundation of empathy and understanding. Peer coaches serve as mentors, offering guidance, accountability, and encouragement as participants work toward sobriety and personal growth.
The program focuses on building trust and empowering individuals to set and achieve meaningful goals, whether it’s maintaining sobriety, improving relationships, or developing life skills. Job Placement
The Empower Recovery Job Placement Program guarantees employment through our Empower Industries initiative within the first 30 days of eligibility. We utilize a structured leveling and point system to determine eligibility, ensuring participants are prepared and dependable before placement with one of our trusted partner employers. This system helps vet individuals, providing our partners with reliable, motivated workers.
Our employment partnerships span diverse industries, including construction, food services, canvassing, painting, retail, and automotive. Notable partners include Big O Tires, Sam’s Club, Mountain Safe Exteriors, Honey Baked Ham, Jiffy Lube, Firestone, Asbury Auto, Lifetime Roofing, and more.
This program equips participants with valuable work experience and industry connections, empowering them to build a strong foundation for long-term career success while supporting their journey to independence and stability.
Budgeting & Financial Management
The Empower Recovery Homes budgeting and financial management program can be broken down into three tiers: Foundational Stability, Building Momentum, and Long-Term Growth.
Each tier represents a stage in financial development, with specific criteria for progressing from one tier to the next. Achieving these milestones builds self-confidence, creates enthusiasm and provides tangible results. You’ll be amazed by the stress relief that comes with knowing where your money goes.
