Our Unique Leveling and Point System

Our program utilizes a comprehensive leveling and point system. The point system is based on objective goals such as obtaining state I.D., setting up bank accounts, planning a budget, etc. Our unique point system allows each coach to easily identify areas with each participant needs more support. Once the participant reaches their individual goal, they will be placed in immediate employment.
