Our Unique Leveling and Point System

Our program utilizes a comprehensive leveling and point system. The point system is based on objective goals such as obtaining state I.D., setting up bank accounts, planning a budget, etc. Our unique point system allows each coach to easily identify areas with each participant needs more support.

Once the participant reaches their individual goal, they will be placed in immediate employment.

Participants must achieve key milestones such as obtaining identification, setting up a bank account, and creating a budget with our financial peer coach.

Subjective Goals

We assess personal growth, accountability, and developing a professional mindset to ensure readiness for the workforce.

Bi-Weekly Reviews

The two-week review process is an evaluation period where participants’ progress is assessed to determine their eligibility for job placement. This review focuses on both objective and subjective goals, ensuring participants are on track for successful integration into the workforce.

What happens after the review?
If participants successfully meet the criteria, they are placed in a job within the next two weeks. Those needing additional support may be directed to alternative programs better suited to their needs.

What if a participant doesn't meet the goals?
